PROBLEM

HomeCo Kotara Shopping Centre faced an issue of significant congestion in their carpark due to misuse of premium parking spaces by commuters and surrounding businesses and needed to improve the way customers moved around their centre.

SOLUTION

Disrupt completed a comprehensive analysis of customer behaviour and formulated a strategy to reduce all day parking by non-shoppers at the centre. Disrupt then oversaw the installation of parking technology and improved wayfinding assets throughout the centre to optimise the customer experience.

RESULT

The delivery of enhanced customer experience through improvements to wayfinding, landscaping and design.
