Overview

Toga Group were considering the installation of new parking technology at their mixed-use Bondi Beach site which included apartments, a shopping centre and a hotel. They engaged Disrupt to identify cost effective options to drive incremental revenue and improve tenant and customer experience.

• Site / area analysis and review of current parking technology setup
• Review of carpark layout, swept paths and wayfinding
